Duration: This teleconference will consist of 32 classes, one per week. If you are unable to attend any of the classes in a particular week, you may listen to the audio of the class online. Please note that regular attendance is a requirement for teleconference courses.

Meeting Time and Place: Classes are taught via teleconference, in which every student dials into the same number (usually a New York exchange, which is long distance for most people) and can hear each other.

Cost, Payment, and Refunds: The total cost of this teleconference is $1,120 and can be paid in full or in monthly payments of $140 (due by the 25th of each month). The initial payment must be paid before the beginning of class.

Payments may be made by check, money order, or credit card. The first payment must be received before class begins. Check payments must be received and credit card payments must clear by the assigned billing dates (which will be provided once you register). Checks should be made out to Esoteric School and mailed to 1145 Church Avenue, Olathe, CO 81425. Payments not received or cleared on time are subject to a $10 late fee. The school will invoice you via email for payments due. Payments can be made in the following ways:

- Monthly: Pay $140 by the 25th of each month. The first payment must be made before the first class.

- Full: Pay the total class fee before the first class.

Until your total balance is paid in full, you are responsible for submitting payments by check or credit card according to the terms stated above. For any balance over 30 days you will incur a finance charge of 1.5% (18% APR) of the outstanding balance. Should any payment, or the full amount of the sum stated above be overdue by more than 5 days from the above agreed time of payment or payments, the entire balance shall be considered in default, and will be turned over to a collection agency. If this should occur, you will be responsible for any and all collection costs including court costs, attorney fees and any other collection fees necessary to collect the full amount due Esoteric School of Shamanism and Magic. Should it be necessary to go to court, the venue will be held in Montrose County, CO.

Recording Class : Students are free to record classes. Audio files of classes will also be posted on the website after each class.

Refunds: Refunds are given based on the monthly billing cycle as follows:

- Monthly Payment Program: If you decide not to continue with class, you must let us know before the next payment is billed. Once a payment is billed, it cannot be refunded, either in whole or on a pro-rated basis.

- Full Payment: Refunds for full payment are also given on the basis on the monthly billing cycle. Refunds will be given for any whole month period not yet attended.

Late Fee: Late payments are subject to a $10 fee. If you are paying by check and your check fails to arrive by the billing due date, please include a $10 late fee with your next check. If you are paying by credit card and your credit card fails to clear on the billing date, a $10 late fee will be added to your next payment.

Upon receiving your first payment you will receive the class materials for the relevant sections of class.

Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Esoteric School of Shamanism and Magic ("School") harmless from and against any claims, suits, penalties, obligations, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) and including any claims by Customer or any third parties (which may include members of Customer's family or business), incurred or suffered by the School with respect to any damage or injury alleged to have resulted from or to have arisen from Customer's use of the teaching materials or the content contained in them.

Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability
School shall not be responsible for losses or damages suffered by Customer from for any reason or cause. Customer waives all claims of liability against School for any reason other than physical defects in the materials supplied to Customer.
